RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

1. The Return Form below must be completed and returned WITH the merchandise. Include all correspondence inside the package. No separate letters please. 

2. All shoes must be returned unworn within 30-DAYS. Moccashoes.com accepts no responsibility for items returned longer than 30 days from our original shipping date. Please wear-test all shoes on carpet first to make sure they fit correctly. No worn shoes will be accepted.

3.The original shipping carton or a well-constructed box must be used when returning merchandise.

4.Please send $5.00 (regardless of the number of items being exchanged) to cover return postage and handling. International Orders - send $37.00. You are responsible for postage on all returns to Moccashoes.com for exchanges or refunds.

5.Your original postage cannot be refunded unless we made a shipping error.

6. If your original order was for 2 items or more, and you received free shipping, you will charged the original shipping fee if you return any item or items that reduces your original order to less than 2 items.

Which parts of the Moccashoes.com site are secure?
